Perfect for Young Learners
“Tali Explorers” are early elementary students who thrive in creative, playful, pre-reading environments. We’ll focus on reinforcing emotional resilience, basic computational thinking, problem-solving skills, and hands-on activities.
What they’ll learn
This is the perfect time for kids to start learning computational thinking skills (algorithms, logic, tinkering, and debugging) that will help them “think critically and creatively in collaborative environments, and develop a growth mindset by learning to embrace ambiguity and reframe challenges as opportunities, whether with or without technology” (source).
Research shows that kids at this age are able to grasp algebraic concepts (source), which also means they are able to think in terms of symbolic representation. Our Tali Explorers courses offer an introduction to these concepts through creative play that enhances their natural curiosity and desire to explore.
What's Included
Students are admitted on a rolling basis throughout the year.
Payments are due by the first day of the course unless it is your first free trial day at TaliTech.

When do classes start?
Each course has a schedule that is listed by its description above. Please reference the dates and times that are listed for each individual course.
Where will they take place?
Classes will be held at Builder Studios located at 450 S 400 E, Bountiful, UT 84010 which is in front of the South Davis Community Hospital. Please park on the west side of the building and enter through the north-west door that says “Builder Studios”.
Does my child need to bring a laptop?
No. We will have the necessary equipment and tools your child will need to have an awesome time!
